BRIGADIER HOSE
High pressure High Performance Fire hose Manufactured to BritishStandard BS6391-1983 Type 3
UK Home office specification JCDD/1/1 Type 3 (1976)
Comprising a synthetic woven textile jacket encased in a high
performance nitrile rubber inner and outer cover. The outer surface is
ribbed for ease of handling and to further increase abrasion resistance
Diameter Range: from 19mm to 150mm
Colours:
Standard colour Red, other colours available include Blue, Black and Yellow. Non standard colour hose can be manufactured to suit customers individual specification subject to a minimum manufacturing requirement.
Couplings are attached by traditional wiring on method using 1.6mm Galvanised steel wire over a protective synthetic hose guard. Copper and Stainless Steel wire are available as an alternative.
Working Pressure:
Maximum recommended working pressure when fitted with British Instantaneous couplings (to BS336) is 15 Bar or 220 psi. For couplings refer to coupling section.
AQUAFLEX HOSE
Lightweight High performance lay flat hose designed specifically for the delivery of cold potable water. The PU lining is WRAS approved to BS6920. The product is listed in the Water Fittings and Materials Directory (Part2-Materials Section) Listing No 9206523 High Visibility Blue external Jacket manufactured in High quality NBR Rubber with abrasion resistant ribs.
Suitable for temporary pipelines, bypass, filling of water tanks and bowsers and in Marine Freshwater applications

38mm, 45mm, 51mm, 64mm, 70mm.
Other sizes can be manufactured to order subject to minimum order requirement.

Temperature Range: -20°C to +50°C
RIBBLELITE RANGE OFF HOSES
General purpose all synthetic layflat delivery hose to BS6391 Types 1 and 2.UK DOT-MSA (Marine Safety Approved) for Marine use. Suitable for industrial and rural Fire Brigades as well as static building protection, marine use and for general industrial, commercial and civil engineering applications and all washdown applications.

Ribblelite coated BS6391 Type 2:
Supplied in Red, Blue, Green, Black or yellow.
Supercoated Ribblelite BS 6391 Type 2:
Supplied with PU coating for increased abrasion resistance supplied in Red, Blue, Green, Black or Yellow.
Non standard colour hose can be manufactured to suit customers individual specification subject to a minimum manufacturing requirement.
